100 lbs Milestone

Stepped on the scales today and I'm now down 100 lbs in almost 5 months!! I can't believe I've actually lost that much weight.

Thanks to you guys here for your help and support. I get a lot of strength and great ideas from this site.

High Weight = 310 Surgery Weight = 300 Dr's Goal = 200 My Goal = 190

Hoping that this week on the road doesn't derail my progress. It's hard sticking to your diet while traveling.
