Finally got surgery date!!!!!!

Yay! Just talked with the scheduler for my surgeon, got my pre-op meeting with him on March 3, 2011 and a surgery date of March 8, 2011!!! So excited I finally get some concrete info. Now of course I'm worried about a month more of trying to lose more weight, and also my Iron levels. **** talk about ups and downs...

Congrats! I was so excited when I got mine! You're day will be here in no time!!!

Congrats poot, march 8th will be here before you know it!! Make sure in this last month you get all the stuff you need for the hospital and things you may need after you return home. Get ready to hold on for the ride of your life!!!

YiPpIe!!! What great news, that's right around the corner!!! Now get those protein shakes in and you'll be dropping lbs in no time. And as for the iron, have your tried Proferrin or Bifera? I had really low levels and they helped me big time!

That is awesome, we will be right there together.  Mine is March 4th.  I see my surgeon on Feb 25th for my pre-op visit.. WOOOHOOO  Watch out world here we come.. :) 

My iron levels have been up and down as well.

I got my date last Friday...so looks like there is 3 of us in March..My preop classes are the 28th and my surgery is the 15th.

I was thinking the same thing you were, up/down, up/down, kinda like a catholic wedding. Now I am paranoid its not going to work and I will have gone through all of this for not. This is really the only time in the past 6 months that I have been kinda nervous about it.
