I Had a Successful Date!!!

Well, lateley I have gathered up enough self-esteem and courage to start dating. I have never been on a date ever other than high school. Recently, I have gone out with a few guys and really haven't been into them. We still keep in touch though. However, tonight, I think I finally know what it feels like to be into a guy. He was so damn cute! He was funny, easy to talk to, and just made me feel comfortable. I was afraid he wasn't into me, so thought we were gonna part ways and I would never hear from him again. Well, he ended up texting me when he got home and wants to meet again!!!  This is so new to me and it's crazy! lol. I feel ontop of the world right now!!!! Now the big obstacle is yet to come when a guy and I decide to get our groove on and i have to explain my discusting loose skin issue to him. Not looking forward to that at all :-(

At this point, just enjoy being together and let your friendship develop. As you get more comfortable with yourselves, I'm sure you'll have the opportunity to let him know of your WLS journey.

And, are you sure your loose skin is really that bad? Based on your avatar I can't imagine you have too much sag. Your arms look great!

Yeah, i plan on taking things easy. As far as the loose skin goes I have lots and it looks horrid! I'm able to hide it underneath clothes, but I'm in serious need of a body lift. My arms look good because I had plastics on them lol, plus I  have been working out, so I am starting to get muscle.

Congrats on the great date.  Sounds like this one has potential.   Yay for you for putting yourself out there.  you look fantastic and you deserve to enjoy life, making new friends, and getting ur groove thing on! LOL  Srsly... you worked really hard to get to where you are.  Celebrate!

Congrats on a great date!! Celebrate that!! When I started dating my current partner I decided before we even became close to getting our groove on and before I started falling for her that I would tell her. We were on a walk and I just told her, she figured something was up with the way I had eaten dinner on our first date. It didn't bother her then, doesn't bother her now. My loose skin bothers the hell out of me but she tells me all the time she "doesn't see it." I will eventually get plastics especially on the abs but for right now, I am just enjoying having my life back. So enjoy it, love the new you and the new life and dating!! And you look great

congrats! i've actually never been on a date because i have miserable self-esteem issues but i'm looking forward to feeling good enough about myself to have the confidence to actually flirt and show interest in people.

Kristine, you are a beautiful woman. Nobody can do this for you , but when you are ready, you are going to make somebody really lucky. I just feel like I have missed out on so much in my earlier life that people should go through, so now it's like I am living my teenage years lol. Oh well. It's better late than never. Thanks. I appreciate it. I'm going on my third date with him this Friday. We have been texing eachother every day all day and he is so dang sweet! I feel so lucky.
