Dumping sucks
Damn....hate when that happens!
I had a dream the other night...took a bite of a brownie, chewed it real well, swallowed just a bit of it and realized I was eating...spit it right out....then a minute later...I bit something else...chewd and spit it out...and then one more time...I rationalized that at least I was chewing thouroughly....and then I woke up....so far only one night of food dream...thank god!

Hey J... try puree'ing some browned ground turkey. That was my staple during puree time. I browned up a package of ground turkey with some onions for a little sweetness. Then I pureed it in a mini food processor with some marinara sauce. Stuck it all in the fridge and it stays for a good week or so. A little scoop of that stuff was all I could eat for a meal back then. It's tastey and good for you. I was pretty sick of the cottage cheese and strained black bean soup myself.
How are you doing Leza? Moved to soft food? Dumping does suck and I wi**** was predictable. I don't get why some days I can graze on cookies all day and others I eat one small sugary bite and the sweat starts pouring off of me. In my case, it seems to be related to PMS - episodes are much worse. Or, come to think of it, alternatively, that is when the sugar/chocolate cravings/eating gets a bit out-of-control????
