OMG...when I got out of the shower this afternoon...I'M IN THE 200's!!!! 299...did you get that?

TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE

OMG...I have not seen the 200's in....13-14, maybe 15 years...HOLY **** I'm a  f***king miracle!

I have officially lost:
95# since my peak a year ago (394)
8# since surgery SIX days ago (307)
25# since my high low-range pre-surgery (range for last month or two was 320-324)
18# since my low low-range pre-surgery (lowest I got was 317)

81# Since I met w/Doctor and Nutritionist at the beginning of the journey....

To top it off...I went out today....stopped by work for about an hour...shopped at Harbor Freight Tools, BJ's Wholesale, gassed up, Christmas Tree Shops, the mall for Sears & JC Penny, stopped at Post Office, then to Walmart & finally Aldi Food Store....so I got about 2 hours of walking in today I figure...and hell I'm beat! Going to sleep very well tonight!

I've gotten in 82 g of protein, 54 oz of fluids and I'm not done yet!

This is going to be an AWESOME ride!

Thanks to everyone for posting & encouragement below...Happy Holigays!

Thanks! I see Chicago, but name is ATL252006 (profile locked?)....did you come from ATL? I lived there 92-94....belonged to BWMT...well I tried to attend as many things as I could...I worked 60-72 hrs/week when I was there! All work & no play...it was when I moved back up here that I blew up...from a busy Atl Hotel as a banquet mgr to 40 hrs at a desk...30# in 5 weeks and the rest is history....now I'm making my new history on the way back down!

Happy Holigays!

Your welcomed. Yes i'm originally from Atlanta, but currently live in Chicago.  I've never heard of the BWMT, but ok.  I'm really happy for you, I just hit 249, and I want to scream, I haven't seen this weight in a few years.  Congrats and we'll chat.  I dont think my profile is locked, but i'll check that out.

Fantastic work!!!!!  I have not weighed myself yet.  I don't have a scale other than my Wii Balance board which a certain tekkie geek in my life (yes you, Erin) has yet to hook up to her big ol' TV.  Don't see the surgeon til the 30th.  I'm pretty curious, too.
