Welcome to the group!
You and I had surgery the same week and it is a learning process. Still trying to figure out how to keep the weight off. I've really slowed down and don't see the daily change like the previous two weeks. But, I'm told this is to be expected.
On a positive note, although the scales aren't showing any change, I'm still losing inches and my clothes are becoming very baggy.

Welcome!
If I remember correctly it was about the same for me that weight slowed down at about the three week mark. it is your body trying to "catch up" with the rapid weight loss. Don't freak out because you will see many more of these in your journey. These are called stalls.
Just continue to follow you "program".
Good luck.
PS - I'm a little over 2 years out and I can tell you it will get easier and become 2nd nature. Just try not to fall into bad habits.
Michael.

Hi, I also just found this group. I had my RNY on Oct 4th, so I am 5 weeks and 3 days post-op, but who's counting?? I'm still on the post-op rollercoaster. Good days, bad days. No matter how much research I did prior to the surgery and no matter how much time I spend on OH.com, it's still a wild ride. I am not feeling the euphoria that some do after loosing the first 20 pounds or so, but I am sure once my food problems/energy problems are resolved I will be feeling much happier. Welcome aboard!
