Hey let me be the first to welcome you! congratulation on your weight loss . I know what you mean about that pretty face comment... people can be so insensitive.. sometimes it's not what they it's what they don't say. ( they could just say you are a beautiful woman instead of that back handed comment ..right) Anyway you making them eat those words you go girl!

It's enough to hear stupid **** fly out of guys mouth.. but a double kick in the balls to hear that from " rainbow family" ... it just goes to show people can be so superfical ... those same women gone be all on you as  you lose your weight ... GIVE THEM HELL GIRL!

Happens in all areas. Straights are just as bad. I hated it.

Welcome to our online family.  It's a great place.  And CONGRATS on the start of your healthy journey.  Keep up the great work and **** the insensitive peeps! LOL.  I can relate to the "pretty face" syndrome.  UGH!  You're a hot woman... own it girl!

Go enjoy your new home & get out a meet some folks.  See if you can find a WLS support group in your area.  I've honestly made some great friends (gay & straight) at my support group and I work out with a bunch of them too.
