2 year Anivesary today

Good morning everyone.  Hope everyone is doing well, its been a while with no postings on here, but did want to stop by to say hi to everone today.

I can't believe it has been two years today, that i had my gastric bypass.  I am sitting here looking at my before pictures and still can't believe that I was ever that big.  The day i went in for my surgery I was a little over 440lbs and two years later I am at 176.   It still is a fight everyday to keep the weight down. 

I have to run to work now but will post new pics later this week.  Everyone have a great week.  for all of you who are just starting this journey go for it.  It was the best thing i have ever done for myself.

Scott, Happy 2nd surgiversary! You have come so far. The weight loss is amazing and maintaining the weight you are at is terrific. Since we had surgery relatively close together, you have been a person I have relied on over the years for support. It's nice seeing how your life has changed for the better. Hey Scott!! Long time no see.. Congratulations, and yes the weight is a daily battle, no? Anyone who says this is the easy way out has not walked a mile in our shoes..

Happy 2nd Surgiversary, Scott!  Wow! 264 lbs released!  That's fantastic.  You look great.
