I think I have found the one!!!!!!!

Plastic Surgeon that is......*sigh* not THAT one ;)  Dr. Larry Lickstein.  Gets lots of great recommendations and he's just over in Towson.  I'll have my first consult soon and I'll let y'all know how it goes!  To keep you up to speed, I'm looking to get the LBL (lower belt lipectomy or the body lift).

that's what I want... but it's like buying a car... I've yet to hear a firm price on exactly how much the WHOLE thing is... surgeon AND hospital AND secondary bills.  how the hell do you save up for something when you don't know the price
