New guy saying hi (FTM TG)

I"ve been lurking here a while and decided to say hello and introduce myself.

I am Chris from Houston. I am 99.9% post op FTM transsexual. 37 BMI when I started this WL journey. Several co-morbidities so insurance approval SHOULD be ok. Paperwork should have been sent at my last jumping thru hoop apt, but PCP was a dumbass and did not send in weight history so it was sent in today for hopeful approval. Tentative surgery date is July 6th...a few days before I hit the big 4-0.

Glad to see a GLBT forum out there. Look forward to getting to know people here...

Larry here from the NYC/NJ area.  Wish you well in getting it all approved -- it's a ride!  I probably spent over 50 hrs in prep for getting mine approved.  My surgery is finally on Tuesday.  Take care.
