Ok....I have been researching and researching........I think I may take the plunge into plastic surgery land.   I'm nervous about it.  I didn't hit my goal but I believe I have been stable for a while in my weight.  I have to have so much done.  I need a thighplasty, lower belt lipectomy and a moob job....oy vey I see the bills flying by my face!  Any one of you old timers have any words of wisdom?

don't do it all at one time. try to figure out what is most important to you...and I did it in Mexico...and I wouldn't do that again or reccomend that for anyone even though it is cheaper...I still have probs because of it.

But can it make you feel better to get rid of lots of loose skin.....yep!

Well ..as you know I only had a panniculectomy done but that is still MAJOR surgery. And out of all the surgeries I had this was the hardest to recover from. My incision goes from one hip to the other ...that's a long ass booboo! It's just above my pubic line so it was definitely hard bending over, side ways, etc. But once it was all said and done ..I felt a lot of better and felt a lot cleaner "down there" since before the skin was hanging over my vajay :-) BUT ...that is why panniculectomies are most always covered by insurance. AND my plastic surgeon said if you wanted you could save money by doing the panniculectomy and arms or thighs at the same time. You'd pay for arms ..insurance pays for the panni. And insurance MAY pick up the whole or partial cost for anesthesia. Does that make sense?

yeah I remember when you had your surgery.  I'm glad you recovered fully.  how long did it take until you could resume normal activities?  I would have to get the circumferential lipectomy because after losing what i have lost......I sag EVERYWHERE  LOL  I know I will have to get it done in stages.....I'd love to get my thighs done first if they will do that......my god I just look like a balloon that's lost all of it's air LOL
