someone? anyone?
Hello beautiful!
My last pleateau began in January and just recently starting moving again. Partially my diet wasnt 100% but my work out routines, etc were the same. I started watching what I ate and saying to myself "if lunch is bad then dinner is going to be fantastic". Another thing I did was stop working out with a trainer and started doing the classes my gym offerred, including some weight training classes. My weight loss did a jump start a few weeks ago. I should be at 90lbs by the end of the month! :)
Mix it up a little, keep going and dont give up!

Mine go from 2-4 weeks and they suck royally, but I try and focus on the positive and just enjoy all the new things that I can do and be patient.
Keep switching up your eating and exercise, getting in all the protein, H2O and such, and it'll start again.
Good luck Jill!

The plateau I'm currently on has lasted about a month. UGH! The # on the scale goes up/down about 1 lbs these days. But my jeans are getting looser. That's good, but I'm done with it. I'm actually going to see my nutritionist tomorrow afternoon. I haven't seen her since before my surgery. So it's time for a tune up for me.
Ya might want to think about that, Jill.
*hugs*

Thank you everyone and I think it may have started moving a little bit again. However, you know I am still hungry all the time! It drives me crazy. I have lost 92 pounds since surgery on Sept. 24th 2009. I am very thankful for every pound but would you say that is a normal amount? You know how it is...one day I am so proud of myself and feel great but the next day I feel like it's not enough and I look horrible. Please don't yell at me for saying that as I know it sounds selfish but, its my mind...so screwed up still but I am in counseling. So, basically am I doing ok so far? And when does the carriage turn back into a damn pumpkin? I hear i only have a few months left until its almost impossible to lose any more. Oh, and thank you for listening
