32 days post-op and my port site still hurts -normal?

My doctor says my lap band port was attached to my stomach muscle with a hook and it takes a long time for the scar tissue to form so it no longer hurts. I am getting a sharp pain when I sneeze. Anybody else experience this for this long?

I had no pain whatsoever from my Lapband port. It does sound like a long time for pain to linger. I would go back tothe surgeon again. I suspect you are nearing your first fill appointmnet. Make sure he knows how severe the pain is.
