WOO HOO !!! 1 Month Anniversary
Thanks Don. I'm trying cause right now I dont have any restriction at all. In fact my surgeon and I believe that I had very little swelling after the surgery cause my stomach was growling from hunger 5 hours after the surgery was over. So right now am going on force of will. Next week I'll be getting my first fill and I'll see how that goes.
And congratulations to you too. You've done very well. You should be proud of yourself

Thanks Bailey, I know it's pretty fast. But like I said to Music above, I do expect it to slow down considerably although I do know in the past I average a 4-5 lb a week loss whenever I have restricted caloric intake so am hoping that holds true again but even if it doesn't and I lose at a slower rate, I'll still be happy.
We had band surgery the same day! I've lost about 40 pounds from 2 weeks before the surgery until now. My weight loss is slowing down now which is normal but a bit disappointing.
what exercise are you doing? I'm walking every day for 30-40 minutes. I would be doing other stuff but my port site still hurts sometimes when my stomach muscles contract and everty time when I sneeze. Are you still having any pain?

Wow that's awesome. Right now I'm walking about an hour a day. In a week or two, I'm going to go back to the gym and start doing cardio and weight training again, probably with a trainer. I try to make my life changes little by little, get used to restricted food intake, then slowly work up to exercise.
As far as pain is concerned, no I don't have any pain and haven't had any for a few weeks now. You should check that out with your doctor.
