Food Forum - my new weekly recipe sharing thingy
Hello Everyone!
So I love to cook, despite losing some weight I still love to eat, I just do it better now, so I thought I would commit to doing a weekly update on the forum here to share with you new ideas, new foods I found or recipes I have found that I enjoy and are WLS friendly. Like with anything, make sure it's the right time for you to be eating such foods. I have been banded almost a year now (10 months) so my intake might be a little different from yours!

Why do I love them? Super Yummy and tasty. I have found them in 2 flavors at my local Kroger store in the Organic Food isle next to the organic chips. Wasabi Flavor and Lightly Salted. I opted for the Wasabi Flavor. The wasabi flavor has a KICK to them which I like. if you arent a fan of wasabi these probably arent for you!
Nutrition info from the package:
130 calories for 1/4 cup (that's a nice amount!), 4.5 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fiber and 14 grams of Protein!
What I did with them: Ate them as a snack once, used them on top of a salad
