I haven't posted in a long time because I was unable to save cash in time for mexico...lost a deposit....got depressed...gained more weight (of course) and so on.
Today, I found out that the exclusion my employer had for bariatric surgery coverage was lifted at the beginning of the year!!
I have at least some coverage now and so let the jumping through the hoops begin!!
BCBS of AL covers 50% up to $10,000, not a lot considering how much some of these procedures cost but, hey , it's a start.
I have a looming feeling that this is going to end in dissappointment but, I'm trying to ignore that and just enjoy a little hope for a moment.
peace and love
