1 month out and down 36.5 lbs

 I had my 1 month appointment today and I have lost 36.5 lbs since my surgery. I am so pleased with my progress. I encourage anyone sitting on the fence about having the surgery to just jump and do it. I'm still in the puree stage but have been very good with following my surgeons orders. It's hard but the small waistline will be worth it.
I have always been in awe of everyones success on here and now I am finally on this side of the fence. AMAZING!!!!

Congrats 36.5 pounds is a lot of weight to go in your 1st month.  You are doing so amazing - make sure you take pictures.  I can now look back at my pictures and remember what i was thinking that day.  Like I have a picture where I am 67 pounds down and I thought I was hot **** SO take lots of pictures to follow your progress and CONGRATS again.
