Am I eating too much??? HELP!!!
Hey guys! I'm a month and a half out, I think I'm eating too much. I stop when I feel full, but not too full. I'll give you an example of my meals yesterday.
Breakfast-Protein shake
Lunch-Tuna(mixed w/ low fat mayo, & onions), on top of a piece of toast with f.f. cheese melted on top. Ate the whole thing! ;(
Dinner-half of a bbq chicken wrap(no tortilla)
What do you guys think? What did you eat at a month and a half out?

Hello and welcome...
Just to make sure - you did have RNY correct?
Being only a month out, I would think that you should be on puree still (I was on puree for 8 weeks). If your doctor already released you to "normal" food... the only suggesstion would be to skip any type of carbs (toast) as it will greatly slow down your weight loss.
I was given a guideline of 15-20 grams per day and that was only of "good carbs (green vegi's, brocolli, fruit, etc.)
I hope that this helps. (to directly answer your question, you are not eating too much, and you are doing well that you stop when you are full or close to full).
Michael.
