New to OH, looking to make friends in my area

 Hey everyone, wish I had known about this site a long time ago. I had my surgery about 16 months ago and already have reached my goal weight. Physically i ma feeling better than I ever have before in my life. Emotionally things have been harder than I thought, but i am getting through. I would love to meet more queer people in my area who have or are planning to have weight loss surgery. Hope to hear back and start some new connections! Ali

 I can only upload a pic w/ less than 20 KBs for my avatar, and I can't figure out how to reduce any of my photo file sizes that small. Doh! Ironically, I've reduced myself that small, so I don't understand what the problem is... But I have lots of pics up on my page if ya want to see. I have a me then album and a me now album...

I've yet to have surgery, I'm in the process of just looking into all my options. although i am leaning towards the lapband.

I live in Ontario Canada, But always am looking for new friends, and people to connect with.

Not much up here. Thanks for welcoming me! I am happy to have found this site via my friend Maryn, but am not sure if there are many other fat or formerly fat LGBT people from the SF Bay Area on this site. Nice to know someone in Pennsylvania though!
