6 Months finally over

 SO after the long 6 months today was my final visit with my nutritionist and a meeting with my surgeon. I am now waiting for approval and then a date. I can't believe it's almost here. I thought it would never come. After much angst and breaking old habits I am in the home stretch. I found out today that I have lost 27.5 lbs and that is 17.5 more than the surgeon requested. I am very pleased with myself. My goal is to lose 10 more before surgery. I feel like I have finally started taking control of my weight issues. What a way to start 2010.

Yeah you made it, and with this attitude you'll keep droppin' those lbs. You're on the right track with regards to losing as much as possible before surgery! Make sure you let us know when you get your date so we can make some room on this loser's bench!
