Since the surgery, I cant get warm.  My feet are like ice cubes and I got a chill I cant get rid of.  Not just a normal chill, but the chill that runs to your bones.  Its very unusual for me because Im normally a sweater.  Does this go away?  Or is it like this all the time?

I remember the first winter I started feeling that.. I was in my 20's  23 actually....  I am now 34 and I can say it's gotten worse each year!  I am chilled through my body :( wahhh  I take a lot of hot showers and watch a lot of movies from my bed below 3 blankets! :)  I also made an amazing crock pot soup today that I'll be warming up with for a couple days :D

I will say that after my workout earlier I was warm for at least an hour. LOL  :)

Invest in heavy and long sleevd clothes. I never wore long sleeves until last year and that was my first winter. I even tend to wear them in the summer. I was in FL this summer and loved it cause I was finally warm.

I was always hot my whole life, and now I'm the cold one- so I feel ya!  I never would wear jackets- always T-shirts and flip flops. Now I've got on 2 shirts a jacket, scarf and shoes!

Welcome to post op.. I was freezing prior to surgery and now that I don't have 200 extra pounds of blubber to keep me warm I'm FROZEN SOLID.. I actually resemble Jack Frost at times.

oh yeah... the less fat/insulation we have, the colder we get.  I'm learning to deal with it. but it's challenging now that it's the winter and I'm dropping the lbs at a rapid pace.  I'm trying not to spend too much on clothes since i've dropped 5 sizes in 4 months already. and I plan on dropping at least another 5 sizes.  woo hoo.

instead of being a sweater, now you get to wear one... or two!

2 1/2 years out and have not been warm since. My toes are so cold sometimes that I can't feel them. I wear 2 pair of socks and it don't think it helps. I even put a heating pad on my feet when I'm sitting at home watching TV. I live in the northeast and this time of year is awful, but I am cold all the time.

I used to always be hot but not now. I am always freezing. From short socks to tube socks, no pj's to pj's (  ), no jacket to thermals, t-shirt, sweat shirt & jacket. I am praying summer hurries up, lol.
