I'm on the Losers Bench!

I had my surgery on Monday and I am home from the hospital now.  It was a lot rougher than I expected, but I feel better now.

Right now I feel like I will be sipping water for the rest of my life.  Sometimes I feel like I am in a stare down with my class of crystal lite!

I was definitely more nervous after surgery than I was before.  I m feeling better now, and I can't wait to start shrinking!

I was surprised, too, about how ill I felt after the surgery.  Just keep sipping and walking.  It really does get better. 

This was one of the most exciting things that I've ever done for myself and I'm so happy that I did it.  Good luck to you on your journey.

Here's a tip: Shot glasses.  Makes it waaaaaay less intimidating than staring at a big glass of liquid.

I know I will get through it.  I've certainly felt worse because of some greasy terrible thing I ate..so at least I am feeling poorly for the right reasons!

Hey Danielle! Congratulations to you on joining the loser's bench. All th best in your healing and losing. Bet you're shrinking as we speak!

I was much more stressed after surgery too.  As I started to feel better and stronger, the anxiety eased.  Just take it easy . . .
