My update!

Hello everyone!!!! I just finished my 5 month bariatric classes through Kaiser. Hopefully I should receive a date within the next month;) During the classes I lost a total of 48 pounds and i'm feeling pretty good about myself! 2009 hasn't been the best year but I know things are going to get better after surgery! So many things I can't wait to do!!!

I think the pre-op "practice" will make the post-op period SO much easier . . . and successful.

Woo hoo! You're doing so awesome- I know it's tough to get through all those classes, but it's all gonna be worth it. Make sure you let us know when you get your date!!
