PMS
Ok I really need some help here. The last 2 months when it's that lovely time of the month, my cravings for something sweet & something salty have come back sooo bad. My SF icecream isn't doing it. I am constantly hungry during this time. I have tried drinking more water, getting back on the treadmill and going for a walk. Nothing seems to work. I feel like I am going crazy with the desire to shove food in my mouth. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
I'm 9 weeks out today, and I started my whatever you wanna call it yesterday. I don't have any symptoms, cramps , or bloating. But..for 2 days before...I feel like my stomach is a bottomless pit. I found myself wanting to snack.....I also drank more water, and I did make good choices when I did eat something, but I wanted pretzels...I had 2 pretzel rods......it kinda helped, but it kinda upset my pouch. She gets pissy real easy these days....lol
I am thankful it didn't hit me that soon. The more water I drink I still want food. I guess it could be worse if it were all the time instead of just a week. I am just scared of falling into the habit of snacking every month and gaining weight back.
