Checking in and new pics
Hi All!
Just a quick check in to update my world. I forget about the board sometimes, since most of us stay in touch on Facebook.
Football season is over for me, and I have turned my sights onto Roller Derby. I have been skating for about a month now, and it is challenging! I work out alot, but its still new muscles and my ass hurts! :)

I am at 187 now, and losing very very slowly now. I am ten months out, and my particular body required lots of exercise in order to lose weight. I am very happy at my current weight actually, and with my muscle mass, it looks pretty darn good. I think I would like to lost another twenty or so, just to give myself some rebound room, cause I definately would not want to gain from where I am now.
I do not follow the rules for the record. I eat healthy carbs. Whole Wheat pasta, Brown rice, quinoa. I found that I could not physically achieve my athletic goals without them. That was just for me, I play pro and semi pro sports, so dont use my choice as an excuse to eat potato chips :)
I am restricting the carbs somewhat however, in an attempt to get the last twenty off. But still allowing them at lunch and before workouts :)
