Hi Lisa!!!!!  I had been wondering about you lately and thought I would drop by to see if you were around :)

1.  My trip to Cedar Point this past weekend was a BLAST!!!!!  speaking of which, I rode the top thril dragster there........totally blew my mind.  we thought I wasn't going to be able to fit, but darn it I sure did with some help :)

2.  working from home because I think I'm getting sick.......so they don't take any chances at work and they just send m home.

3.  since I work in the dining room, I'm grateful for my big wide screen computer monitor to play movies on and that I can see it from my dining room table LOL

I've missed these.  Glad you thought of it!

1> As of today, I've lost 222 pounds since the start of this trip, 156 pounds since the surgery.  Life is awesome.

2> I have to have a minor surgery tomorrow, removing a pair of wierd little growths from my throat.  After the bypass and my gall bladder surgeries, I'm just a little annoyed I have to blow some more sick days from work, not worried about the surgery in the slightest.

3> Picked up a new release from my favorite writer, Terry Pratchett, just in time for my surgery.  His books always make me really happy, perfect hospital fare.

Have a great one, everyone!

Love these kinds of posts....

1) So grateful for my health....and my new body...maintaining around and under 120 most of the time. Okay, so I did it for my health...but the clothes stuff is so fun! Wore this fun kimono type thing on Sunday and got myself a few hats...got a shirt called a 'skin'....tight, shiny and black and great low rider jeans...and a new denim jacket..from the consignment shop...all those fat clothes turned into skinny ones!

2) Had Monday and Tuesday off work and got to spend with my grandkids which was fun....kids are so centering and I got to climb around on the playground equipment and go down the slide.

3) My new relationship...it is great to feel special and loved and have someone tell me how great I am...like food to the soul.

Ahhh.....life has so many possibilities.....

Happy Thursday!

Today I am grateful for:

1. Being able to use the stairs at work instead of the elevator (and not being out of breath)

2. A new friend who volunteered to be my personal trainer for free!!- we met yesterday and I walked a mile and biked for 2.5. Then I lifted weights and did crunches. Would not have seemed possible 6 mos ago.  Hopefully it will help me with my latest stall.

3. My new position at work which has reduced my stress level by 50%
