DIet plan that helps me incorporate healthy grains and fat
Are any of you in the same boat? Making protein first, vegetables second, fruit and grains 3rd?
I have found a diet plan, that really helps. Well it helps for someone like me that is 1 1/2 year out, can eat crap again, and has a daily battle of passing it by... But I thought it would also really help those of you newbies, to get you on a diet plan you can stick to.
Have any of you heard of OA? Or FFA? Well there is a newer program called )OA90, that mixes both programs. The diet plan is a document I would be happy to email anyone who is interested. Just send me a private message.
Basically it gives you protein, fruit, and grain for breakfast.
Protein, Fruit, and Vegetables for lunch
Protein, Vegetables, Grain, and fat for dinner.
I cut the veggies in 1/2 (they allow 12 ounces, way to much) and don't quite finish the protein and fruit for breakfast (I do Fage and bananas, or strawberries, etc) It is helping me incorprate the healthy grains and fat into my diet and keep my calories low...
I am a creature of habit and follow plans well. That is why this is really working for me. Let me know if you want a copy!

That def sounds do-able! I have a hard time finding that nice balance whi*****ludes healthy fats and carbs...so I just stay away completely...OR eat them in abundance. There has to be a comfortable medium! lol
