frustrated
I am so frustrated and discouraged it seems like all is stopped It seems like I have hit a wall and i don't feel like i am losing at all. i could work out more i guess...... but i am constinatly moving and doing stuff and eat very little and pretty healty, it seems and i try to stay off the scale. But i really don't see anything going on. Living in a small small town there is very very little to do.... and very little support so it seems
I just needed to vent a little thanks for listening

Hang in there!! The weightloss stalls here and there as the body adjust and does it thing!! As for the eating I only lose when I eat about 1200 calories a day and try hard to do 30 grams of carbs per day!! Seems that starving my body with little calories does not make me lose weight. Also I began to rotate my exercise routine each day beyond the 2 miles I walk each day. (exercise bike, dvd of some sort etc...)
Your weight loss will come, just be kind to yourself!! You can do this!

Band removed and feeling alive with energy!
Sounds like it's less about the weight and more about the location! Hope you can find something you love to do, and take pleasure in the small things. She's right you gotta change some things up once you're stalling. Hang in there!!

Hey hot stuff -
These stalls suck, but they're part of the process. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about - I had a six week stall. Thought I was going to shoot someone. But if you stick to your program, keep it up with the excercise, your body eventually surrenders and starts losing the weight again.
It sounds like you don't have an awesome support network there. Every think about posting progress pictures on here so people can throw you some extra support and occasionally drool over your newfound hotness?
It's helped me a lot over the past year....
