Any good Protein Shakes?

I currently take a powder protein shake through Kaiser(Optifast HP). i'm looking for an already made meal replacement that is high in protein so I can just throw it in the fridge. Any advice???

From Costco there is a Premier Nutrition shake. It has 30 protein and 1 sugar. They are about $24 for 18 shakes. You just have to make sure you shake them up before you drink them. Good luck!

I use Precision Engineered Whey Protein by Vitamin World, it's got 1g of sugar per serving and 100 calories, 38 servings, 18g of protein. I am currently doing the Strawberry one and they are 17.99 a tub for any of the flavors. I am planning on going to the natural to mix it with other stuff.

OMG I freaking LOVE this protein shake!   All flavors are awesome.  Choclate and Vanilla are my favs.    So much easier than dealing with powder and filling.   35grams of Protein!  Love in carbs and calories too!

If you can find it, Myoplex makes a Caramel Latte shake that is super yummy! The only place I've found it is Winn Dixie. I still drink the Chocolate as well, but I like the Latte much better, especially if you're a coffee lover like me :)

Myoplex Lite was one that I lived on preop and post op for a while.  Then I found another one that I really like - Lean Dessert.

It is made by BSN.  It comes in a bright red bucket.  The flavors that are available are Vanilla, Chocolate, Cinnamon Roll and a banana one.

I like the vanilla because I can mix in sugar free syrups.

I buy this one locally at the Vitamin Shoppe.  Or you can purchase from many sources online.
