Stalled!! Any suggestions
the best thing for you to do this early out is to not get on the scale :) Your body is still adjusting to the changes and it's just taking a breath before continuing to losing. It's really nothing to be concerned yet. now if you stall for a month or longer, then I would be worried LOL but however, it'll start taking off again :)
Heya!
Just needed to jump onboard the bandwagon and warn you that this stall you're on is one you could set your watch by. Everyone I know who's had the surgery has had this stall - you're golden! Keep on what you're doing and you'll be fine.
Just for future references, there are other stalls along the way - I'm a little far out, now, so I don't remember all of them, exactly, but there was definitely a stall in the 3rd week, a stall in the 2nd or 3rd month, a loooong ass stall in the 9th month (still dealing with that one). Most last for a week, some last for two, the later ones last a long time (the 9 month one lasted 6 weeks for both me and my surgery buddy).
Just do your best to keep yourself sane during the stalls by avoiding the scales. I really only weighed in at the doctor's office for the first 6 months - made the losses seem ENORMOUS, and let me sidestep all the little hiccups and anxieties along the way.
