Well, I have lost all the weight that I think I was meant to lose with my surgery. I'm now 6.3 weight is 1 81. On Monday I'm having a lower body lift.. Here is my question has anyone done this procedure???  Is it painful? spare no details.

I had a panni done ...different than a tummy tuck but same incision ...and that hurt like hell!!!!!!!!!! My incision goes from hip to hip. I couldn't do much of anything for a good month.

A panni removes the pannus (the skin that hangs down the lower tummy). That is all they do ..just remove that skin. They don't tighten/flaten the tummy like a tummy tuck.

It was bad, but totally worth it for results. I had to have help even getting in and out of bed for two weeks and wasn't back to normal for two months.

Hi jerry!  I'm looking into plastics for next year.  I need the lower body lift as well as a thighplasty and a moob job.  My thoughts are with you and I'll be curious how you do with it.

Hey Jerry.  I'm going for my LBL in October.  I'm told that it will be painful and the recovery is long.
Check out the plastic surgery forum here on OH.  I found it very helpful to read about other's experiences.
