Weight gain
I am confused and worried. Over the last week, I have gained 7lbs. I don't really understand because I am still tracking my food and exercising. I have been "bad" - creeping up to 1400 / day, not being as careful with sugar and alcohol and perhaps no****ching portions closely enough. It is not the right time of the month for water gain . . . Is it this easy to rebound? I hope not!
