Weight gain

I am confused and worried.  Over the last week, I have gained 7lbs.  I don't really understand because I am still tracking my food and exercising.  I have been "bad" - creeping up to 1400 / day, not being as careful with sugar and alcohol and perhaps no****ching portions closely enough.  It is not the right time of the month for water gain . . . Is it this easy to rebound?  I hope not!

Don't be confused, worried or bad...just get back on track. Avoid sugar, carbs, alcohol....and eat protein, drink water and exercise.

Don't wallow just follow the plan...

Just super surprised by how tight the margin is . . . I guess you really can't splurge at all!  Our genetics reign supreme!

I am eating 80-100 grams of protein per day, drinking almost enough water and going to the gym or hiking for 1/2 to 1 hour per day 4-5 times per week.
