So I am 16 months out and still 25-30 pounds from that chart weight, but doing fabulous. I made it here 111 pounds lighter and kept all my hair and have minimal loose skin. I am getting 100 grams of protien and 80 ounces of water nearly everyday. I try to keep my calories at or around 1100. Those of you at this stage what are you doing in regards to protein, calories etc... I walk 5 to 6 days a wee 2 to 4 miles and lift weights and try to active on all days to some capacity!! Things are going great, just wish I could move the scales again. I would add a before after pic but I don't know how, although if anyone wants to add me on facebook It is lori wells and my pics are there!!

Sounds like you are doing great. I am not quite a year out (3 more weeks).   I go to the gym 2-3 times per week - the treadmill for an 1/2 hour and then weights for 15 minutes.  I decided I have to try the ellipitical for variation.  We also walk/hike 1 - 2 1/2 hours per each weekend day; the gym is closed on the weekends for summer.   Today, we hiked up the gully next to our house with friends and dogs. 

Protein wise, I aim for 80 grams per day and am always between 60-100.  Calories, I have 1000 programmed into Calorie King though the number used to be below regularly and has now creeped up above. 

I am going to aim for 1000-1100 a day because clearly the creep to 1400 for a week was bad.

I love the new capacity for exercise and activity, I love jumping on the trampoline making my kids laugh. It is all good!!
