New to the Losers Bench!
Hey Ya'll,
As you know from Heather's post I made it through surgery, and am now home dealing with recovery (gas pains ugh!) I feel really happy that I did this- and can't wait to start dropping those pounds.
I'm walking and sipping and resting too! My girlfriend has been so helpful and supportive- I could not ask for a better partner!!
Thanks so much for all the well wishes, I can't tell you how much your support meant to me. It was so nice to read all those positive posts!!
Good Luck to all of you too,
danni

Hi Danni,
It sounds like everything went perfectly. Again, the first few weeks were the hardest. Start exercising - it gets easier fast! The eating (or drinking and pureeing) also gets easier fast. Chew, sip and don't drink and eat - it avoids upsets!!
How long are you taking off work? How about your GF?
Take care, Meg

I've gotta go back on the 24th of this month and my GF has to go back on the 17th, it's been so nice to have her around- is it bad that I want her to skip work??
