Just wanted to check in and say hey!

Things are going well here...  I'm down almot 145 lbs.  I'm fitting comfotbably in an XLT shirt and a 44 short  (Down from almost a 5XLT and a 60 waist)

I'm starting to get the "You don't need to loose any more weight" line  (which is very nice, even though I want another 75 lbs)

I'm getting 2nd and 3rd looks from people (which is odd... but very fun   )

Things that are a thing of the past:

Wait staff doesnt assume I want a table because I can't fit into a booth
Don't worry if a chair is going to give out when I sit down
I have a ton of room on my side of the bed... and I don't have to worry about the legs breaking if I want to move around on the bed
The flexibility is unbelievable!!
Despising normal (not elongated) toilets is a thing of the past
Going to the dentist and worrying about flipping the chair, or even breaking it... non existant
Having to sit in the backseat is a joy ride
Public Transportation ROCKS
I don't think twice about taking my shirt off in the pool
Public Showers - BRING IT
Big And Tall Stores - Well... I still need the tall part
I can buy my shoes off the rack again...  No more fat 16 shoes... i can wear a 14 again!  (which totally goes against the whole "tell by a man's shoe size thing"  because I might have lost shoe size, but I gained it elsewhere ;P  )
Eating healthy isn't a chore...  fat makes me sick so I really don't miss eating fatty foods
I can wear trendy clothes

Now here's the real question...  What category do I associate myself with now??   Too slim to be a bear or a chub.... too overweight to be a twink (thank goodness)   a cub?
hrmmmm

now if only the skin in my neck would tighten up... (not to mention my nipples... I want to re-pierce them, but I need to seriously work on my pecs first)

hope all is well... hopefully I'll get a new pic soon

Thanks for the update, I'm so glad that you're doing so well. Keep up the amazing work and don't let those "Stop losing weight" folks keep you from your goal!

Awesome job with all of your accomplishments!  I loved your list of accomplishments as I can relate to all of them!  I too have people telling me to stop losing weight at a large shirt and 36 pants.  I plan to let the surgery take its course and we'll see where it stops.  I want to say, "Would you tell that to your "normal" cousin/brother/uncle who has been a 30 waist all his life?"  Probably not!  Well, just because I wore a 56 once, doesn't mean I can't be that much smaller guy.

I also don't know what "group" I fit into anymore as I used to always identify as a bear, but hte only bearish thing about me anymore is my hairy body.  At least that isn't gone!  And, I will NEVER be a twink!!!!  :)

Again, way to go and keep on course!
