3 things for Monday
Ok, here we go..lol
Today I am grateful for:
1) My friends and Family..cause without their love and support, I would be a real mess right now.
2) I'm so glad that the Optifast I started today is not too bad tasting...lol It could be worse.
3) I only have 4 weeks til my surgery, and I'm surprised how fast time is flying by...yay!

I lost 33 pounds before surgery. My new life has finally began
I just LOVE the 2 for's...
1) I had a fantastic weekend so Monday wasn't so bad...
2) My son actually cuddled with me last night.. All 13 years of him..
3) Short day today.. Well 1/2 hour short, but that at least gets me to the gym a little earlier s home a little earlier..

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
Tonight I'm thankful for:
1. My wonderful partner who went on a beautiful walk with me today
2. My surgery is Wed!!!
3. I finally got a haircut, yeah for DykeDoos!

Good luck on Wednesday!! The staff at Kaiser are just outstanding from the time you go and check in to the time you are leaving the hospital! I remember before surgery the whole surgery team introducing themselves to me in the O/R and LOL that is about it till I was in my room! Dr. Le rocks and was so great to my partner and mom as well! no worries for you!!
