The power of the CHEESE

Well I have discovered something recently that's been helping me actually lose a little more weight!  CHEESE!  I found that in 1 stick of string cheese, you will find 8 grams of protein!  make sure it's the low fat string cheese.  It seems there is more protein in the low fat cheese than in the full fat cheese.  I have 4 (yes 4) sticks for breakfast and lunch.  I'm full, got 32 grams of protein in per meal with dinner left to go!  The only problem is that you'll probably never have a BM ever again  LMAO!!!!!!!  However, I've consistently lost weight on that regiment than anything else.  I was hovering between 250 and 260 and staying on the 260 side for much longer than I really wanted to.  I started this regiment and now I'm 249!  This works for me.  maybe it'll work for others.  It's even vegetarian friendly LOL

I LOVE the Baby Bell minis. I can't eat string cheese anymore for some reason. It just doesn't want to go down.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

This is a good suggestion.  I haven't wandered into the cheese aisle much due to my never finishing any of the enormous blocks of cheese I tend to bring home.  Smaller portions from the string cheese sounds like an awesome plan.  Good stuff, Aaron!  Thanks!

I love cheese and eat tons of string cheese.   I eat them as snacks when I am hungry.  This way I am getting in protien.   I am suppose to get 100g of protien a day so eating 4 or so of these a day helps me get to my protien total.

I was thinking about cheese when I start eating food again...The small portions are cool. There are the sticks, Mini Bells, and what about Laughing Cow? Is that too processed?

I had laughing cow early out.  i think it's perfectly fine as long as you eat it by itself and not on a cracker LOL
