Intro to this forum

I thought I would introduce myself to this forum since I've been lurking for a bit.  I am primarily active on the RNY forum, but just recently clicked around to find this one.  I'm a pre-op RNY waiting for approval.  I have known I was bi for a long time (probably since junior high/middle school) and am currently dating a man who is also bi and we are in a safer sex only poly relationship.  I am hoping to participate a little more often on this board.

This is an awesome forum. I've been really in and out lately being very busy. My partner and I are also poly and part of a small leather family here in SF bay area. Well, that's not why I'm so busy... actually I wish. LOL 

I'm 9 months postop RNY, down to my goal weight and working hard to stay there. It's a life-long journey with surgey being only one step. But it's all worth it. I love my new body ... yes, even the loose skin. I lost 115 pounds and am now working on establishing the gym habit.

Feel free to ask questions. There are some incredibly experienced and wise people here who understand that it's a very holistic experience that affects every aspect of life... not just the body.

Pleased to meet you. I wanted to say I appreciate your take on what I consider an illness,of which my fat was only a symptom. I have done much head work,and spiritual,along with the physical.
