body question
So....I've lost enough weight that I now have lose skin! YAY! However....the flab/skin under my arms are so bad that when I go to throw something or even just move wrong it makes this embarrasing SLAP noise. And sometimes it can hurt. So I'm looking for anyone's advice on how this can be controlled while exercising. I've seen a few compressed shirts on line, but wonder if they will really allow the support to help stop the "jiggle". Any and all advice is welcomed....this just embarrasses me when I'm around ANYONE working out or casually doing things.....okay, so you have the idea.....
Thanks!

it is not pretty..but it works..
get some conpression stockings..(like those things they made you wear after surgery...)
cut the foot out..and pull it up you arm...you can cut it off to fit..and it will be under your sleeve..
Well, I bought a compression shirt yesterday. I bought it one size too small. So I got a 2x and tried it on at the store. I got a short sleeved shirt because the long sleeve just didn't give enough help. Now, this shirt really isn't stopping the "slapping" all the time, but it minimizes it, and the sound isn't so loud now. I tried it while throwing yesterday, so hopefully it holds up. I'm thinking about the suggestion of the support socks.....I was also curious if a knee brace, or ace bandage might be able to assist for those more needed support days or the increased activity days......I may have to go peruse the isles at some stores and see what I can find that isn't that expensive but effective.
Oh and for those that need thigh assistance (as I may in the future as well, but it isn't too bad yet) they make compression shorts as well. Or for the ladies, I know that the intimate sections have control briefs that can go down to right above the knee. So that might be something to look into. Or they make the support socks thigh-high, I think.....
Anyway.....I'll keep the group posted as to what works what doesn't.
