I finally have my surgery date...

It took 2 weeks to finally get my date, but I finally have it. September 1st. at 7:30 am, I am finally having my surgery. I'm so excited and a bit overwhelmed. I only have 8 weeks till my new birthday...Wow! This is awesome....

I am so happy for you Lisa, you have been trying for a long time to get to this point, congratulations. The next 8 weeks will fly by!!

funny that you think of it as a new birthday. i had my surgery on my birthday. originally had it scheduled a few days before but hurricane ike pushed it back.

i figure, if (straight) people can renew their wedding vows... i can renew my birthday.
