Wednesday's goal

Yeah, I ate crap all day.

Today I will eat healthy snacks. Even if I have to eat some cheese. I weighed in at the surgeons office at 210 today.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

I'm thinking of taping my  mouth shut for the remainder of the week.  I too weighed in at MORE than I did last time.  AND I've been keeping track of what I'm eating, AND working out more.

Super lame.

Seriously, my little goal for today is to not snack at all.  I think the peanuts/cashews/almonds might be adding to my stall/slight gain.

On the common table in the back of the room they go.

still wishing that stall would pass...

I was good yesterday.  Ate more than enough protein, took my vitamins, drank my water, and worked out.

I even felt so good about myself I added a new picture to my OH.com profile of me right after water aerobics (without a shirt)
I would have never done something like that a year ago.

My goal is to attempt to get all my calcium in... I freakin hate calcium pills!!!!

Have you tried Bariatric Advantage's calcium chews? I love them... they are like candy (although just a little gritty) chocolate and lemon (I prefer the chocolate) and I use them like dessert after each meal.

Congratulations on your progress! That's amazing. Stalls happen. I had quite a few that were frustrating but am at and maintaining at goal now. Just keep doing what works and the pounds will drop again.
