This morning I got my date- Aug. 5th!

I've have edited this post to reflect my new state of mind. No pity party for me- thank you board folks.

I feel great and I'm going to deal with sleep apnea and get my surgery!

Congrats on at least getting the date!  Dr. le is very strict so you have done excellent!  I am sorry about the sleep apnea and hope that 2 months flys by!

What the hell do you need a class for? Someone dropped it off at my house and showed me how to use it. Not that big of a deal. Oh well, everyone does things different. Good luck with waiting it out.

that's weird... I had mild sleep apnea too, and within about 3 weeks of surgery I no longer exhibited any signs...

seems odd to give you a machine that you will likely not need afterwards.

BUT, just do what they say, and the 2 months will be gone before you know it!

I have noticed that Kaiser is one of the strictest programs to go through.

But honey it's WORTH IT!! Really their success rate is really great too. August 5th is less than a month away now.. can you believe it?
I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
