Feeling less resistance than before my fill
Not sure if this has been posted before. I can't find it.
I am 2 years out (yesterday was my anniversary and I'm down 100). My band is 15 CCs and I went for a fill a week ago (.5 CC to 8.25 CCs) for a little tighten as I approach my last 30 lbs. I'm freaking out because I feel less resitance than before my fill. Can the band just come "undone"? I've read about all of the other issues before my surgery and after but not this. Everyone has had major malfunctions causing major medical issues. I see my doc tomorrow. Your thoughts?

I've heard 1 out of every 10 people have to have their bands replaced or altered in some way. From what I've heard bands can leak or they can shift (which really shocked me since they are so popular)
A co worker of mine said she just had a .5 fill and it lasted about 4 days and she is calling today to get another fill because it didnt' do squat for her.
Hopefully it's something minor!

Well, I was short 1 CC. May be a leak in the port. I'm not crazy, and actually pretty freakin in tune with my body. He refilled to 8 CCs and we will check the level in a couple of weeks. Isn't it funny how I actually feel better knowing that I may need to go in for a day surgery in a few weeks?
hurmph. Who knew.
