Monday's Goal
Sorry I have been slacking. Too tired to remember to get on here to do this.
For me it's the same ole same ole. I have been able to get my liter in everyday! So Imma do that and try not to eat crap. Kinda hard when you crave the hell out of it. Last night all I wanted was cereal and then potato chips and orange pop.

Congratulations again Kathy.. And be careful I have a friend that got pregnant after WLS and gained the majority of the weight back.. And it doesn't just slide off after pregnancy. Hence my largest weight gain of my life!!
I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
I am pretty much maintaining so far. I am at 198 and that is lower than what I had gotten up too. I know my jeans are getting snug but it's not from my weight since I was wearing these at a higher weight before. I am scared to death I will gain it all back. I am working on watching what I eat sooooooo carefully.

Hmmm... My goal today...
Now which would be more positive. Please give me feed back..
Now that school is out I am going to the gym in the AM to do cardio and back after work lift weights.
I am really tired from Pride celebrations and a bought of dumping. So do I go home and relax and be proud of the cardio I did, or do I push myself and do what I set out to do and get back to the gym for weights?
