Best Protein Powders I Have Ever Had!

Hope all is well. It has been a few weeks since I have been online.

I found the best protein powders I have ever had at www.bariatriceating.com

I am fortunate that they are right here in Fort Lauderdale so i got to go there and meet the people who work there who all had WLS.

They have a protein drink bar where they let you try their stuff.

They make a product called INSPIRE which comes in peanut butter cooke and also in caramel and a few other flavors  but peanut buttter cookie was my favorite. They are all good though.

It is delicious and mixes well and you dont have to drink more than 4 oz to get 30 grams of protein. It sells out quick but I really recommend it. It is great.

Also, they carry the 5 lb bags of Matrix which makes Cookies and Creme protein powder and that is really good too and is very economical since it is a huge bag.

I just thought I would share this as I am so happy to have found protein powder I llke since that is all I am able to get down for now. I am still on pureed foods but almost everything makes me sick so I have been sticking pretty much to protein drinks and fage yogurt.

Pompano Beach actually. LOL We got a time share. We are staying at a Wyndham. That's all I really know.

I will have to check them out to see if there are any proteins I can have.

Check out their website as most of their products are there but you can taste everything at the store.

The owner is Susan Leach  and she also has an amazing book called "living and eating well after weight loss surgery" "before and after".
It has really helped me get ready for what is ahead of me.
