I miss the confessional, it kept us all accountable!  So here goes, play along if you like :0

Yesterday I ate:

B: Half a whole wheat bagel
L: whole wheat pasta salad with chicken, feta and black beans
     1/4 cup fresh fruit
D: 4 ounces grilled pork steak
     2 tablespoons potato salad
S:  1/4 cup homemade protien S/F icecream

64 ounces of water
vitamin

No work out.

(my carbs are not normal, eating for the last game of the season this weekend, and then carbs will go away mostly!)

Trying to build to 1200 calories non work out days and 1400 work out days. Was burning 600-900 calories and eating 600-900 and my body was eating itself.. Trying to step it up!

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!

Okay day here, went to my surgery support group.  Can't believe that it is already been 6 weeks since my surgery...

B:  RTD Pure Protein Drink - Strawberry Cream (35)
S:  SF Popsicle
L:  1/2 cup Tuna Salad & 8 Onion Crackers (20)
S: SF Popsicle
D:  Power Crunch Bar -  Way to danergous good. (14)
S:  Special K Protein Water (5)

Kind of hungry.... if I stack it will be thin sliced turkey....
