Ok, still can't drink water. Almost done with my liter for today. BLECH! I promised the hubby no more testing until this week. Now I am almost scared to test. I know this is the time I will get the most accurate result and I am scared. Go figure.

My goal is the same as it has been. Gotta get at least a liter down a day of that nausiating water.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

Ok.. COMPLETELY changing my program after a ton of great advice...

So my goal today is to stick to get all 1000 calories in..

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
