Sores and Plastics?

Over the last week or so I have gotten some sores to come up they look a little like pimples but are larger and look like there  is blood in them they are very red and painful. The only places I have them are where I have excess skin around my tummy and my butt. Some are under the skin folds others just on top. Is this something I should be going to my dr to have documented some maybe insurance will pay for some cosmetic surgery? Thanks for your help.

First things first before you start worrying about plastic surgery payment... Sores as you describe can indicate infection and sometimes this can be rather serious.  You should see your doctor to be evaluated.

Hi Jeff!  I was told to document and take pictures as it does help with the insurance paying for the whole thing or most, or part.
But also please see the doctor so you do not get an infection!

Sounds like to me that you have some type of boil or cyst.  I would definately go get them checked out if you are not used to having them as they are basically types of infection.  Unfortunately, my whole family has been blessed with them, so I've had similar things all my life.  As to plastics....definately document them.  In fact, if your dr will do it, they should be the ones to take the pics....but if they don't, then just make sure that your pictures have a date stamp and make sure to keep all of the dr reports and documentations in a folder as it may help with plastics down the road.

I get them ..and they sound like more like a boil or cyst. I even get them on my breasts and you would think that would be covered immediately, but no. My insurance will not pay for any plastic surgery like that. They will remove the cysts but that is it.
