Bikini Tops and Houseboats
Long time no type....
Football has taken every spare moment I have had for the past few months! I had to make some major adjustments to my diet to play and am getting ready to go back to ketosis in two weeks to kick start my weight loss again.
I have only lost about 10 pounds in the last two months, but have added a ton of muscle. Have added healthy Carbs, Brown rice, whole wheat pasta, unprocessed grains. My body just could not compete without them. I am now 5 months out, and I am going to take advantage of the next seven months to pull off the remaining forty pounds of my personal goal. I dont want to lose as much as the docs want me to!
I spent last night on a house boat in a bikini top. Who would have thought I would do that in front of people? What a difference 70+ pounds makes!
