Monday's Goal

Today I am going to try to avoid sweets. The 2 exceptions to this are the ice cream cone that will make me go  (It's not a dump, it just makes me go and it's faster than anything else.) and the mints I suck on after I eat when I want something to drink. Helps me with my wait time.

Yesterday I did get more protein in so I wasn't going nuts looking for food. I see that trend. Not enought protein, I am looking for food.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

Today's a non-gym day, so my goal is to get in some non-gym related excercise.  I'm thinking about walking to the convention center to register for a convention I have to go to this week.

Today's goal is slow down while eating.  I just gobbled down too much pasta salad  - old, bad habit.  I need to throw the rest of it out!
